Ali teaches weekly classes at Harbor Yoga in addition to being a competitive sailor, avid mountain biker, lifelong skier and enthusiastic traveler. Ali and her husband have two adult sons and a rambunctious vizsla puppy.

Sarah Cunningham

Sarah is a certified yoga instructor and holistic psychotherapist, bringing a unique blend of mindfulness and healing practices to her students and clients. For over 20 years she has enjoyed empowering individuals on their journey to wellness, both mentally and physically. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Sarah seamlessly integrates yoga and holistic psychotherapy to create a nurturing and transformative experience for those she works with. Her classes and workshops extend beyond the physical postures of yoga and are designed to challenge and cultivate self-awareness, consciousness, and emotional balance.

Laura Diedrich

Teacher, RYT 200

Laura has been practicing yoga since 2001. In 2023 she decided to dive deeper into her own practice, which led to completing a 200 hr yoga teacher training offered by lifelong friend and incredible mentor Jamie Marion (E-RYT 500, JMYogaSchool). Laura truly believes yoga is for everybody and that your practice will meet you where you are in the present moment, free of expectations or judgement. Her classes focus on breath, asana (physical poses) and meditation — honoring yoga's roots.
