All Levels Flow
This popular class offers many versions of vinyasas and plenty of ways to advance your yoga practice, as well as options to take it slower and modify poses. We will make suggestions throughout the class to meet you right where you are. (Saturday YOGA in the Park is an All Levels Flow class.)

BRO-ga Slow Burn
This class focuses on increasing strength, flexibility and balance. Slow, dynamic flows, long holds and a warm studio combine with intentional breathing and careful body alignment for a full-body workout. Hatha
The teaching of traditional postures in a manner that fosters stability and confidence within each student’s body. We integrates the use of props—including blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters—to provide individualized opportunities for support or challenge, depending on the practitioner’s needs. Offerings include beginner and gentle classes that emphasize alignment and foundational postures, as well as more advanced classes designed for experienced students seeking to refine their practice and expand their repertoire.

Prenatal Yoga
A gentle, supportive practice designed to help you navigate pregnancy with strength, ease, and mindfulness.
