Class Offerings

  • All Levels Flow

    This popular class offers many versions of vinyasas and plenty of ways to advance your yoga practice, as well as options to take it slower and modify poses. We will make suggestions throughout the class to meet you right where you are. (Saturday YOGA in the Park is an All Levels Flow class.)

  • Burn + Breathe: Energize and Balance

    Ignite your inner fire In this dynamic yet grounding all-levels class as you experience a fusion of energizing movement and soothing breathwork. Join Sarah on the mat, where strength meets serenity, and embark on a journey to discover a unique blend of burning energy and mindful breathing. Step into your power, explore your balance, and leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to conquer the day.

  • Functional Fitness

    Having a solid foundation of strength, balance, and cardio makes it easier to say “yes” to all of the activities that Northern Michigan has to offer. Each class includes a curated series of body weight movements, fast-paced intervals/circuits, balance practice, and core. Functional Fitness is designed to challenge and inspire you!

  • Fusion Flow: Yoga + Pilates

    This class combines the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga with the core-strengthening and toning benefits of Pilates. Expect a well-rounded workout that enhances your balance, builds strength and promotes a sense of inner peace.

  • Gentle Hatha

    A gentle approach to foundational yoga postures and breathwork. Expect seated, reclining and some standing poses. This class is great for those looking for a basic introduction to yoga, recovering from an injury, or seeking a slower-paced class. *Prenatal students welcome!

  • Hatha

    Build a strong foundation of confidence in your practice with this alignment-focused class. Expect longer holds and supportive breath work to explore a deep library of asanas.

  • BRO-ga Slow Burn

    This class focuses on increasing strength, flexibility and balance. Slow, dynamic flows, long holds and a warm studio combine with intentional breathing and careful body alignment for a full-body workout. Great for beginners and pros, this class is a good complement to your active lifestyle. Can't touch your toes? Feel like your hips are locked in place? We got you.


  • Slow Flow

    As the name implies, this is a flow series focused on the basics: Breath and Alignment. We keep it fun and upbeat. Whether you are brand new to yoga, or a vinyasa pro who wants to slow down and focus on precision, this class is for YOU!


  • Sunrise Vinyasa

    Start your day with breath, movement and meditation. Welcome the morning with a vinyasa style flow that focuses on warming up the body and settling the mind before transitioning into the rest of your day with a smile on your face. All levels welcome.
