Private Offerings
We offer private group and one-on-one instruction. Private yoga is a wonderful way to create a meaningful experience for friends and family. Individual sessions are a great way to begin a yoga practice. Learn how to utilize yoga poses and breath to move optimally with injuries or limited mobility, and to advance an already strong practice more efficiently and skillfully. Weekly and monthly private instruction is available upon request.
