Advanced Asanas Workshop: The Integrated Body

This two-hour workshop is designed for practitioners with an established yoga practice who are ready to explore more advanced postures with greater understanding and confidence.

Throughout the summer, Liz's classes have focused on the foundations of movement: pelvic stability in June, shoulder integration in July, and hip mobility in August. In this workshop, we'll bring those pieces together and apply them to backbends, arm balances, inversions, and deeper hip-opening postures.

Rather than focusing solely on achieving challenging shapes, we'll explore the underlying mechanics that make them feel more stable, sustainable, and accessible. You'll learn how strength, mobility, and integration work together to support a more skillful practice.

You do not need to have attended classes this summer to participate. What matters most is a comfortable practice, curiosity, and a willingness to approach your body with patience and attention.
