Improve your athletic performance in any winter sport: alpine, Nordic and skate-skiing; snowshoeing and winter hiking. This 6-week WINTER SPORTS CONDITIONING series prioritizes injury prevention and takes advantage of cross training to build core strength and improve mobility, agility, and balance. Join us at Nub's Nob and get ready to have some winter fun!

• Pilates (Lynn Wolf): Build core strength, and learn how to use it to support the rest of your body.

• Plyometrics (Sue McLain): Build leg strength with quick explosive moves. Improve your agility, power and cardio with plyo intervals. Apply Pilates concepts to engage in a full body workout.

• Power Yoga (Ali Hill): Put it all together with stretching for increased flexibility, breathing techniques to improve lung capacity and meditation for focus.

12 sessions: 4 each of Pilates, Plyometrics and Strength, and Power Yoga
Mondays and Thursdays, October 13 through November 20, 2025, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
