Hooray for May!
In May we are offering our first ever Beginning Yoga Series. Join us Wednesday evenings at 5:45pm to learn the basics and build your skills and confidence. $65 for all 5 weeks, or drop in as you can. (Please sign up through the FaceBook event or Call to register).

We worked hard to fill every request! We have 9am Powers Monday-Friday, our popular Sunday Slow Flow, 7am, 7pm and NOON options, AND a new Breathe and Stretch class! The schedule is up through the app if you want to check it out!
