Harbor Yoga is a welcoming studio located in Harbor Springs! We provide space for a fun, safe and athletic style of yoga. Most classes include upbeat music and "flow" yoga (one pose moving into the next, embracing not only the poses individually, but the transitions as well). All classes are taught by highly skilled instructors.

Lauri originally tried yoga upon the request of a co-worker in 2005 while working in corporate sales. She found a deep love and passion for yoga and it’s stress- relieving benefits. In 2007 Lauri became a 500 Hour Bikram Yoga Certified Instructor. After teaching this beginning series, practicing the advanced Classic 84 posture series, and competing in the Bishnu Ghosh Cup yoga competition for 2 years in Chicago, she moved to Indianpolis, IN. In 2009 she studied, mentored and certified with The Yoga Center of Indiana in Hot Vinyasa. In 2010 she moved to Northern Michigan and began her newest role as wife and mother. Through her pregnancies she has both taught and practiced yoga, and loves to share the benefits with students of all shapes and ages. "I am immensely inspired by students and their unique experiences with yoga practice. As I grow and deepen my own practice, I feel more and more drawn to sharing, in an imperfect and authentic way, my own journey though breath, asana and stillness."
Ali comes to Harbor Yoga with a Baptiste Yoga training background from Columbus Ohio and a strong, decade + personal practice. She has summered in Northern Michigan much of her life and now she calls Harbor Springs home year round. Ali enjoys sailing, skiing, biking and lots of other outdoor adventures.
