This class is designed to challenge with a focus on breath and maximum participation at YOUR edge!

*Slow Flow
Whether you are brand new to yoga, or a vinyasa pro who wants to slow down and focus on precision, this class is for YOU!

*All Levels and Slow Burn are customized to the level of the practitioners in the room. They typically land somewhere between the Slow Flow and Power in terms of intensity.

*Beginning Yoga is a hatha style class for practitioners of every ability that want to learn the basic asanas (poses), alignment and breathing techniques. This is a 5 week series May 1st-May29th.*

 ***All classes are 1 hour unless otherwise noted.

 ***Harbor Yoga will be CLOSED for improvements Saturday, April 20th***
